Indira Gandhi National Open University offers a Master of Arts (Hindi). The course covers different aspects of Hindi literature. The course covers different literary forms. It consists of modern poetry that is (Adhunik Hindi Kavya), Novels and stories (Upanayas evam kahani), Drama, and other comprehension knowledge (Natak aur Anya Gadhya Vidhayen) and Hindi Literature and History of Hindi Language (Hindi Sahitya aur Bhasa ka Itihas).
The course gives a complete understanding of the Hindi language literature and critical and analytical abilities among the candidates.
